    2. On page 1, line 20, strike "person" and insert in lieu thereof "driver".

    3. On page 1, line 23, strike "person's" and insert in lieu thereof "driver's".

    4. On page 2, line 3, strike "person's" and insert in lieu thereof "driver's".

    5. On page 2, line 6, strike "person's" and insert in lieu thereof "driver's".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
