AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE WASTEWATER FACILITY CONSTRUCTION LOAN FUND TO CARRY OUT THE PROVISIONS OF THE WASTEWATER FACILITY CONSTRUCTION LOAN ACT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the wastewater facility construction loan fund for expenditure in fiscal years 2005 through 2010 to carry out the provisions of the Wastewater Facility Construction Loan Act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
