SENATE BILL 945

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "EQUIPMENT" insert a period and strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 13 through 16.

    2. On page 2, line 23, after "liable" insert "for any amount".

    3. On page 2, line 25, strike "of the bonds first" and insert in lieu thereof "the bonds were".

    4. On page 3, line 3, after "cumulative" insert a comma and "provided, however, that the exemptions may be applied consecutively if subsequent exemptions relate to the financing of a new project or new health-related equipment".

    5. On page 4, line 13, strike "Subsections E and F" and insert in lieu thereof "Subsection E".

    6. On page 4, lines 15 through 19, strike Subsection E in its entirety.

    7. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    8. On page 5, line 13, after "liable" insert "for any amount".

    9. On page 5, line 15, strike "of the bonds first" and insert in lieu thereof "the bonds were".
