    1. On page 42, line 15, after "municipality" insert "in which a proposed district lies" and after "voter" insert "within the municipality".

    2. On page 42, line 16, strike "municipality" and insert in lieu thereof "proposed district".

    3. On page 43, line 9, after "voters" insert "within the municipality in which the proposed district lies" and on line 11, strike "municipality" and insert in lieu thereof "proposed district".

    4. On page 43, line 22, after "voters" insert "within the municipality in which the proposed district lies".

    5. On page 43, line 24, strike "municipality" and insert in lieu thereof "proposed district".

    6. On page 80, line 20, strike "voter" and insert in lieu thereof "vote" and after the second occurrence of "the" insert "constitution of New Mexico and the".
