has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1.  Strike Senate Finance Committee Amendment 4.

         2.  Strike Senate Floor Amendment 1.

         3.  On page 1, line 12, strike "HOME SCHOOL AND".

         4.  On page 3, line 18 through page 4, line 7, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

         5.  Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
