AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO SUPPORT CHILDREN AND ADULTS RECONSTRUCTING FAMILIES BY RESOLVING CONFLICT OR OVERCOMING BARRIERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighty thousand five hundred dollars ($180,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the human services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to provide culturally competent services for children and adults to reconstruct families by resolving conflict and overcoming barriers to healthy family life. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
