AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION OF THE TAXATION AND REVENUE DEPARTMENT FOR THREE FULL-TIME STAFF EMPLOYEES FOR THE FIELD OFFICE IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the motor vehicle division of the taxation and revenue department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for three full-time staff employees for the motor vehicle division field office in Dona Ana county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
