    2. On page 8, line 9, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "fourteen".

    3. On page 8, line 22, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

    4. On page 8, line 23, after "student", insert "; one representative of the tribal colleges in New Mexico; and one representative of the Indian nations, tribes and pueblos in New Mexico".
