    1. On page 3, line 6, strike "real property" and insert in lieu thereof "mortgage".

    2. On page 3, lines 6 and 7, strike "or any assignee or transferee, in whole or in part, of such a person or agency".

    3. On page 3, line 12, after the semicolon insert "and".

    4. On page 3, line 21, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period and closing quotation mark.

    5. On page 3, strike lines 22 through 25 in their entirety.

    6. On page 4, strike line 1 in its entirety.,
