    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 619

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 9, after the first comma, insert "other than property owned by the state, commonly known as the "state fairgrounds", located within the exterior boundaries of the city of Albuquerque,".

    2. On page 5, line 7, strike "middle Rio Grande" and insert in lieu thereof "mid-region".

    3. On page 5, line 8, after "state", insert a comma and "at least three of whom are nonresidents of Bernalillo or Santa Fe county,".

    4. On page 23, line 16, strike "less", and insert in lieu thereof "more".

    5. On pages 23 and 24, strike all of Sections 20 and 21.

    6. Renumber succeeding sections accordingly.
