SENATE BILL 437

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 16 through 19, strike the underscored language and insert in lieu thereof: "posting of the property at all vehicular access entryways".

    2. On page 5, line 5, strike "state or federal" and insert in lieu thereof "federal or state" and after "government" insert ", including state trust lands".

    3. On page 6, strike lines 14 and 15 in their entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    5. On page 6, line 16, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    6. On page 6, line 17, after "building" insert "or property fence".

    7. On page 6, line 18, strike "or".

    8. On page 6, line 23, strike "eight" and insert in lieu thereof "ten" and strike "one inch" and insert in lieu thereof "two inches".

    9. On page 7, line 6, strike the period and the ending quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; or" and between lines 6 and 7 insert the following new paragraph:

                  "(5) the placement of orange steel fence posts."".
