SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

FOR SENATE BILL 414, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 8, line 16, strike the subsection designation "A.".

     2. Change the succeeding paragraph designations to subsection designations accordingly.

     3. On page 10, line 25 through page 11, line 4, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

     4. On page 16, line 14, strike "provisions of" and insert in lieu thereof "licensure and regulations adopted pursuant to".

     5. On page 16, line 19 through page 17, line 14, strike Section 10 in its entirety.

     6. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     7. On page 20, line 5, strike "cause" and insert in lieu thereof "grounds".

     8. On page 20, line 8, after "occurred", insert "that creates a health risk for animals or the community".
