has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 7, remove the brackets and line-through "board" and strike "boards".

    2. On page 5, line 13, strike "boards" and insert in lieu thereof "board".

    3. On page 5, line 19, strike "boards" and insert in lieu thereof "board".

    4. On page 7, line 10, strike "secretary-treasurer of the board" and insert in lieu thereof "superintendent of regulation and licensing".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
