AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE RECORDS CENTER FOR THE STATE HISTORY WEB SITE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state records center for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for the New Mexico history web site project to enhance and expand history program units on the existing web site. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
