    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "SKIMMING OR".

    2. On page 1, line 16, strike "SKIMMING" and insert in lieu thereof "USE OF SCANNING DEVICE TO DEFRAUD CARDHOLDER".

    3. On page 1, line 17, strike "skim or".

    4. On page 2, strike lines 10 through 13 in their entirety and reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
