AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE FILM, DIGITAL AND CREATIVE ARTS INSTITUTE AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million one hundred thousand dollars ($2,100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to pay for the operations of the film, digital and creative arts institute. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
