has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 21, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "nine".

    2. On page 1, line 25, correct the indentation of Paragraph (2).

    3. On page 2, line 1, strike Paragraph (3) in its entirety and renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
