    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 186

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 7, strike "and".

    2. On page 3, line 9, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    3. On page 3, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new subsection:

         "Q. to the upper La Plata domestic water consumers and mutual sewage works association in San Juan county for a water project and to the Ute Creek soil and water conservation district in Harding county for a watershed restoration and management project.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
