Mr. Speaker:

    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 152, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 10, line 10, after "projects", insert "and a solid waste project".

     2 On page 12, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new subsection:

          "107. to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for the purpose of designing, constructing, equipping and furnishing additions and improvements to the university of New Mexico hospital and the cancer research and treatment center at the university of New Mexico health sciences center;".

     3. Renumber the succeeding subsections accordingly.
