    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 128, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Finance Committee Amendments 2 and 3.

     2. On page 5, line 15, after "receive" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 16 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "a stipend commensurate with the level of responsibility and participation as determined by department rule.".

     3. On page 6, line 5, after "pay" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 6 through "other".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
