    2. On page 1, line 25, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or" and strike the comma.

    3. On page 2, line 1, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 2 through 8.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
