has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee Amendments 1 through 5.
2. On page 1, line 24, after the period insert:
"Differences in copayments are permitted to differentiate between generic drugs and brand-name drugs. Tiered copayments, based on an individual's ability to pay, are permitted.".
3. On page 2, line 9, after the period insert:
"Differences in copayments are permitted to differentiate between generic drugs and brand-name drugs. Tiered copayments, based on an individual's ability to pay, are permitted.".
4. On page 2, line 19, after the period insert:
"Differences in copayments are permitted to differentiate between generic drugs and brand-name drugs. Tiered copayments, based on an individual's ability to pay, are permitted.".
5. On page 3, line 4, after the period insert:
"Differences in copayments are permitted to differentiate between generic drugs and brand-name drugs. Tiered copayments, based on an individual's ability to pay, are permitted.".
6. On page 3, line 14, after the period insert:
"Differences in copayments are permitted to differentiate between generic drugs and brand-name drugs. Tiered copayments, based on an individual's ability to pay, are permitted."..
