AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A TOURISM CAMPAIGN FOR EL CAMINO REAL INTERNATIONAL HERITAGE CENTER AND THE FESTIVAL OF THE CRANES AT THE BOSQUE DEL APACHE REFUGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to develop and implement a campaign to promote tourism at El Camino Real international heritage center in conjunction with the festival of the cranes at the bosque del Apache refuge. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
