    Your VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 3

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 20, strike "Desert Storm" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico".

     2. On page 2, line 22, after "state" insert ", who have not received bachelor's degrees or higher degrees and whose eligibility to receive federally funded educational benefits has expired".

     3. On page 2, line 24, strike "Desert Storm" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico".

     4. On page 3, line 3, after "more" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 4 and 5 in their entirety and strike line 6 up to the period.
