has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 24, strike “three- to five-year”.

    2. On page 2, line 24, after “therapy;” strike the remainder of the line and on page 3, strike all of lines 1 and 2 and on line 3, strike “and off-campus settings;”.

    3. On page 3, line 10, after “colleges” insert a period and strike the remainder of line 10 and strike lines 11 and 12 up to the semicolon.
