    2. On page 1, line 15, after "REGION" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 16 in its entirety and strike line 17 up to the period.

    3. On page 1, line 24, strike "San Juan,".

    4. On page 2, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following:

    "WHEREAS, existing and future users of water within the city of Espanola and the city and county of Santa Fe are dependent upon a reliable, sustainable supply of project water now and over the long term; and".

    5. On page 3, line 5, strike the commas.

    6. On page 3, line 16, strike the commas.
