has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 15, after “assembled” strike the remainder of the line.

    2. On page 2, line 16, strike “department”.

    3. On page 2, line 22, after “to” strike the remainder of the line, and insert in lieu thereof “contract with a private non-profit agency”.

    4. On page 2, line 23, strike “families in need of services program”.

    5. On page 3, line 6, after “department” insert a comma and strike “name representatives from”.
