has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 19, strike "costs to the tribal schools or".

     2. On page 1, line 20, after "students" insert "or the costs to the tribal schools, which include schools operated by the bureau of Indian affairs, grant schools, charter schools and mission schools".

     3. On page 2, line 25, strike "and the" and on page 3, line 1, strike "legislature" and insert in lieu thereof ", the legislative education study committee and the legislative finance committee".

     4. On page 3, line 7, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

     5. On page 3, line 8, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof ", the chair of the legislative education study committee and the chair of the legislative finance committee.",
