FOR INFRASTRUCTURE FOR RECREATIONAL AND BICYCLE TRAILS AT "A" MOUNTAIN PARK AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for infrastructure for recreational and bicycle trails at "A" mountain park at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
