FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for improvements, including hill stabilization, sewer, drainage, road construction, fencing and gates, for Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
