FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR RUIDOSO DOWNS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for upgrade of the wastewater treatment facility in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for phase 2 of the sewer collection system expansion in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county; and

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to plan, design and construct a water storage tank for Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to plan, design and construct a skate park facility in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county.
