FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR WILLARD IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for water system improvements for the wastewater project in Willard in Torrance county;

• to the department of transportation

ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) for road improvements in Willard in Torrance county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for an equipment building for Willard in Torrance county; and

forty thousand five hundred dollars ($40,500) for the purchase of public safety equipment for the sheriff's department in Willard in Torrance county.
