FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE LOMAS LIBRARY IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design, construct and renovate the Lomas library in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
