FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to plan, design and construct Santa Barbara road in Taos county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct Mesa Vista road in Taos county.
