FOR PURCHASING EQUIPMENT FOR THE FOOTBALL PROGRAM AT THE CLOUDCROFT MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for purchasing equipment for the football program at the Cloudcroft municipal school district in Otero county.
