REQUESTED BY Rod Adair

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase equipment for the football program at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for equipment for the rodeo program at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
