FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EXHIBITS FOR THE NEW MEXICO FARM AND RANCH HERITAGE MUSEUM IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to plan, design and construct exhibits for the New Mexico farm and ranch heritage museum in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
