FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A CIVIC EVENTS CENTER IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million five hundred ninety-two thousand dollars ($1,592,000) to plan, design and construct a civic events center building including governmental office space in Sierra county.
