SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 859

FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION, PLANNING, DESIGNING AND IMPROVEMENTS TO FIVE POINTS ROAD FROM GATEWAY AVENUE TO ATRISCO DRIVE IN THE SOUTH VALLEY AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for phase 2 acquisition of rights of way, planning, designing and construction of roadway drainage and pavement improvements to Five Points road from Gatewood avenue to Atrisco drive in the south valley, including sections of this street both inside and outside the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
