outlay projects be funded:
• to the state agency on aging
three hundred seventy thousand dollars
($370,000) to plan, design and construct an addition to the El Rancho senior
center in

to the department of transportation
thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to improve
county road 113A in
one hundred twenty-one thousand dollars
($121,000) to plan, design and construct county road 88B in
•
to the local government division of the department of finance and
administration
one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan,
design and construct a youth development facility in
six hundred seventy-seven thousand
dollars ($677,000) to design and construct phase 2 and phase 3 of the Arroyo
Seco teen center in
seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000)
to plan, design and construct a coordinated health complex in Santa Fe in Santa
Fe county; and
•
to the office of the state engineer
one hundred eighty-six thousand dollars
($186,000) to plan and design the La Puebla drainage basin in
