SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 773

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Pete Campos

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for purchase of solid waste equipment in Guadalupe county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for renovation of the courthouse in Guadalupe county; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for planning, redesign and construction at the Guadalupe county hospital in Guadalupe county.
