FOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AT THE NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY AND PLAYAS IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology

six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) for infrastructure projects at New Mexico institute of mining and technology and Playas to support expanded business in Socorro in Socorro county.
