FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FOR EMERGENCY ACCESS TO VARIOUS COMMUNITIES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to make improvements to Holguin, Moyers, Lechuga and Cilantro roads in Mesquite and Vado to improve access for emergency response vehicles in these areas of Dona Ana county.
