FOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) for park improvements, to purchase playground equipment and to install facilities in Desert Spring park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

one million one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($1,125,000) to design and construct phase 1 Tower community park and pond improvements in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for phase 1 of design and construction improvements to Westgate community park and arroyo in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
