FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE FOR THE MID-REGION NEW MEXICO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish an administrative office for the mid-region New Mexico council of governments in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
