REQUESTED BY Manny M. Aragon

FOR NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five million nine hundred thousand dollars ($5,900,000) for an education complex in the National Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) for equipment for the television studio in the National Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
