FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT PHIL CHACON PARK AND VETERANS' MEMORIAL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct the maintenance yard and caretaker's quarters and improve the visitors' center and memorial garden at Phil Chacon park and veterans' memorial park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
