FOR INSTRUCTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($185,000) to purchase and install instructional communications equipment, including information technology, a public address system and editing bays, at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
