FOR THE TECOLOTE MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for construction of a new water tank and piping for the Tecolote mutual domestic water consumers association in San Miguel county.
