REQUESTED BY Carlos R. Cisneros

FOR ACQUIRING LAND FOR AND PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING A PUBLIC LIBRARY IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to acquire land for, plan, design and construct a public library in Mora county.
